Where To Find Your Army
“Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you.” - Leviticus 26:8
Today, I want to focus on how you can find an army that will help you to fight your battles and pursue God’s promises and plan for your life. This is why church is important. This is why we worship, sing, pray, fellowship together, study, and give! We are joining ourselves together with others whose witness gives us strength and power to our efforts. What good is it to have people around you who can’t pray with you when all hell breaks loose?.
With all of his faith, Abram needed the fight of other people to defeat the opposing enemy. That is why the Bible says “one can chase 1,000. And two can chase 10,000.” Or, “Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand.” God responds to the faith, prayers, and praise of His children.
When you are going through spiritual warfare, you need not only godly protection. You need an early support system as well.
The church is the perfect place to find your army. It is where you can find other believers, who will be there for you, pray for you, encourage you, do things for you, and remind you of who is in control when you need it most. When you have an army in your corner, you will gain even more strength to fight your spiritual battles.
