Grace Is Still the Invitation
"For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace." - John 1:16
There are moments in life when the distance feels too wide. Maybe it has been weeks, months, or even years since you’ve truly felt close to God. Whether it was failure, shame, apathy, or just a slow drift, something happened. And now you wonder if the door is still open.
Let me tell you, it is. Grace is still the invitation.
God has never stopped reaching for you. He didn’t go anywhere. Even if you’ve tuned Him out or tried to run, He hasn’t withdrawn the offer. That voice inside nudging you back to Him, that is grace. It is not trying to guilt-trip you. It is reminding you that you are not disqualified, and it is not too late.
You do not have to earn your way back. Grace is not about proving anything. It is about receiving what you could never deserve in the first place. The enemy will try to convince you that you missed your moment or messed up too much, but grace silences that lie. Grace says, “Come home.”
The invitation still stands, but you have to respond. You can keep drifting, pretending you are fine, or trying to fix it all on your own. Or you can come back to the One who knows every part of your story and still says, I want you. He is not looking for perfection. He is waiting for surrender.
There is no sin too big, no past too messy, and no heart too hard for the grace of God. Wherever you are today, grace is still calling your name. Stop running, stop hiding, and step into the love that never gave up on you.

Good morning brothers and sisters in Christ. This message screams "Lord thank you for choosing me". In a culture that promotes right as wrong and wrong as right. A culture that is ready to crucifi you if you have a bad day or say the not so popular thing. From the pulpit to the streets we must remember to give grace to others and to ourselves. May God bless us all
