Money As A Tool For Justice
"No one can serve two masters; for a slave will either hate the one and love the other, or be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth." - Matthew 6:24
Jesus spoke more about money and possessions than almost any other topic because He understood how easily wealth can become an idol that competes with our devotion to God. Wise financial stewardship recognizes that money is a tool to be used for God's purposes, not a master to be served.
