Housing unaffordability doesn't just affect renters; it undermines the stability that healthy communities require.
Understanding these connections helps us see that economic justice benefits everyone, not just those who are currently struggling. When we support policies like universal healthcare or debt forgiveness, we're not just helping others; we're strengthening the entire community body.
God designed us for interdependence, where the flourishing of each person contributes to the wellbeing of all.
Prayer:
Lord, help me see how economic injustice hurts the whole community and work for policies that strengthen the entire body. Amen.
