Step by Step
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7
You do not have to know everything before you begin. That might go against your instincts, especially if you like plans, details, and a clear map for where you are headed. But following God rarely works like that. He does not always hand you a blueprint. More often, He gives you just enough to take the next step.
And that is where faith comes in. Because the life God has for you is not built through comfort or control. It is built through trust. You do not need to know every detail. But you do need to know the One who does. If you ask Him, He will begin to show you things differently. He will help you see not just what is in front of you, but what is possible through Him.
Ask Him to renew your vision. Ask Him to open your eyes to the things you might have stopped dreaming about. Ask Him to show you what He sees when He looks at your life. Because the truth is, He sees more in you than you often see in yourself. He knows your story is not finished. He sees the potential beyond your current pain. He knows how every detail fits together, even the ones that feel out of place.
Faith is not about having the whole picture. It is about taking the next step with the confidence that God is leading you. One step becomes two. Two steps become a walk. And before long, you look up and realize you are living in a future that only God could have authored. Not because you had it all figured out, but because you trusted Him enough to keep moving forward.
Stop waiting for every answer. Ask Him to help you see what He sees and then move with faith. Because when your steps are guided by vision and rooted in trust, you are not just walking through life. You are walking into purpose. One step at a time.
