Build, Don't Bury
"Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them" – Romans 12:6
You may not see yourself as a difference-maker, but God does. Every gift you’ve been given—every skill, every resource, every bit of time—is not random. It’s intentional. It’s entrusted. And it’s meant to be used.
Too many people bury what God has placed in them because they don’t think it’s big enough, flashy enough, or important enough. But Scripture is clear. If God gave it to you, He expects you to use it. Whether it’s mentoring a teen, teaching a class, calling someone who’s sick, or simply showing up to serve, your gift matters more than you know. When you use what you have, God multiplies it. Your impact reaches farther than your eyes will ever see.
And it’s not just your talents that make a difference; it’s your generosity too. Kingdom work takes faith, but it also takes resources. When you give, you are not just paying for a building or keeping the lights on. You are fueling a mission. You are investing in future breakthroughs. You are making it possible for lives to be changed and hope to reach people who feel forgotten.
The dreams God has given us require faith that stretches. And stretched faith leads to stretched generosity. The greater the vision, the greater the investment it will take. So let your giving match the size of your belief. When you invest in God’s house, you are sowing into something eternal.
There’s still so much ahead. Lives to impact. Communities to transform. Souls to reach. And the good news is, God didn’t call you to watch it happen. He called you to be part of it.
Whatever you’ve been given, don’t bury it. Build with it. Use it. Give it. And trust that when we do this together, God will do more than we could ever imagine. We’re not done. We’ve only just begun.
