See It How God Sees It
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." – Romans 12:2
There is a lot in life that you cannot control. You cannot control people’s actions, unexpected setbacks, or even some of the thoughts that try to take over your mind. But what you can control is your perspective. And your perspective is what determines how you respond, how you grow, and whether or not you recognize the blessings God is putting in front of you.
This is where the Bible makes all the difference. Scripture is not just about memorizing verses or following rules. It is about learning to see life the way God sees it. The more time you spend in the Word, the more your mind starts to shift. You stop seeing everything as random, and you start to recognize purpose. You stop reacting in fear, and you start responding with faith.
Without God’s Word shaping your perspective, it’s easy to miss what He’s doing. You might be in the middle of a blessing and not even recognize it because it didn’t look the way you expected. You might be asking God for direction when He’s already given it to you in His Word. But when your mindset is renewed by Scripture, you begin to align with God’s will. And when you align with His will, you position yourself for the life He’s been trying to lead you into all along.
The blessings are not always about what’s happening around you. Often, they’re about what’s happening inside of you. God may not always change the situation immediately, but He will change how you see it. And when your vision shifts, so does your life.
If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, don’t just ask God to fix what’s around you. Ask Him to renew your mind through His Word. Let Him shift your perspective so that you can step into the blessings He’s already placed in front of you.
