Already Yours
“I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.” - Mark 11:24
When you pray to God for something, do you believe that He will do it? Do you trust that what you are asking for is in accordance with His will, and are confident that He will give it to you? If so, you should walk as if you already own it. It’s yours.
Mark 11:24 says, “I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.”
There are many people who struggle between what they are requesting from God and whether God will actually grant what they are requesting. They need a miracle; however, they question whether a miracle can really happen.
They desire a burden to be lifted, but they’ve felt the struggle for so long that they doubt things will change. As believers, we cannot put our confidence in what we see. We must find a way to transcend the facts of our circumstances, to view our situation through the eyes of our faith.
It is why Ephesians 3:20 says, “Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
God can do far more in, through, and for you than you can imagine. But you must believe that. Are you trusting that God is going to do what you asked Him for? Have you claimed the promises of God, or are you just passively waiting?
Faith is not believing after the fact. Anyone can do that. Faith is when you believe what you have not yet seen. If you know that God knows what you need, then pray your will aligns with His and understand that your destiny is already yours!
