Give It Up
“Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.” - Acts 3:19
It’s time for a shift. I pray that you are ready for God to lead you into this next season to do all that He has called you to do. Now is the time. He is ready. The question is, are you?
Sometimes the only thing delaying us from the promises and blessings of God is us. More specifically, we are delayed by what we fail to give up. What is God asking you to give up?
Before you can spiritually increase, God wants to know that you are 100% committed. Because if you are not dedicated on this level, you won’t be dedicated on the next. Listen my friend, God is not going to do amazing things with someone who is half-hearted. He wants to know that you are fully committed to Him and what He plans to do in and through you.
How can you show that you are all in? How can you make it clear that you will choose living in God’s purpose for your life? You can give it up. It might be a bad habit. It might be a lie you have been living or unforgiveness you have been harboring. It may be procrastination, or it may be a toxic relationship. Whatever “it” is, God is asking you today, “Will you give it up?”
How bad do you want Him to shift your life? How bad do you want to be the person He has created you to be? How bad do you want to live the life He destined you for? It’s time to give it up. That’s the only way to reach your full potential and receive the blessings He has in store for you.
