God Will Blow Your Mind
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” - Ephesians 3:20
When you allow God to do what only He can do, you will be amazed. When you open up the door to let God into your home and into your life, you will be blown away at just how much He can change your situation and circumstances. As we have spent the last week and a half dissecting, when you let God take the reins, things change.
God will lift your spirit. He will give you a newfound hope that what you desire or what you are waiting for can become your reality. He gives you a new vision. He allows you to see a path, see the journey to get wherever it is you want to go. It is a vision that you could not see when trying to make things happen on your own, but now all of a sudden, things become so clear.
He gives you a renewed sense of worship. You have a new reason to praise Him because you know He is getting ready to do something big in your life, something personal just for you. He also will address your anxieties. The things you are afraid of, the things you stay up at night stressing about — He will take care of them.
There truly is nothing like letting God in and letting Him take control. It requires faith in things not yet done. It requires courage to relinquish control, and say to God, “I can’t, but you can. I give it to you, have your way.” And that last part is key, “have your way.” When we give God control, we must understand He is going to do things His way. But fear not, because His way is always in our best interest.
Isaiah 55:8-1 tells us, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” His ways are higher, and thus will give us far more than we could ever ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). When you let God do what only He can do, prepare for Him to blow your mind.
