Finding Strength In Struggle
"Count it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance." - James 1:2–3
One of the most challenging aspects of wisdom is learning to see difficult circumstances through God's perspective. James doesn't suggest we pretend to be happy about suffering, but he encourages us to find joy in knowing that God can use our trials to develop character and deepen our faith.
Wisdom teaches us that our trials are not meaningless suffering but opportunities for growth and service. This doesn't minimize the real pain and difficulty of challenging circumstances, but it offers hope that God can bring good from even the worst situations.
