God Always Makes a Way
"Your way was through the sea, your path through the great waters, yet your footprints were unseen." - Psalm 77:19
When you read Scripture, a pattern unfolds again and again. When people try to fix things in their own strength, they fail. Adam and Eve tried fig leaves to cover their shame. Cain tried to offer God the best of his harvest. People throughout the centuries turned to rituals, rules, and traditions. But none of it could solve the problem or bring peace to their hearts.
God, however, never left them in that place of frustration and defeat. Over and over, God made a way. When Adam and Eve failed, He clothed them. When Israel was oppressed, He delivered them. When human efforts came up short, God stepped in. And when no one else could carry the weight of our brokenness, God sent His Son to carry it for us.
Here’s what you need to hold onto today. God always makes a way. Maybe you feel like you have tried everything. You have worked, you have planned, you have tried to change yourself or others, but you keep hitting a wall. Remember this. Where human effort stops, God’s help begins.
God is not asking you to fix yourself or to figure it all out. He is inviting you to trust Him. He is the God who parts seas, opens doors, softens hearts, and breaks chains. He knows how to do what you cannot do on your own.
There will always be situations in life where your strength runs out. But when you remember that God has been faithful through every generation and that He is still faithful now, you can rest in Him. He will make a way in His perfect time and His perfect way. Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep your eyes open for the way God is preparing ahead of you.
